Pekuric Limited is a building contractor with offices in Benin City and Abuja. We construct and renovate buildings for state governments, corporate developers and private clients, and we take on projects in Edo State, Delta State, Rivers State, the Federal Capital Territory and across Nigeria.

How we deliver
Every building follows a clear sequence, so clients know what is happening and what comes next:
- Assessment and planning. We study the drawings, the site and the ground conditions, and agree the scope, specification and programme.
- Mobilisation. Our own site teams and plant move to site, including excavators, loaders, concrete equipment and modern formwork systems.
- Construction. Foundations, structure, walls, roofing and services are built to specification, with quality control at each stage.
- Finishes and external works. Interior and exterior finishes, paving, drainage and landscaping complete the project.
- Handover. We inspect the works with the client, correct any items, and hand over the completed building.
