Fidelity Bank multi-storey commercial building under construction in Trans Amadi, Port Harcourt, a project Pekuric partnered on

Port Harcourt and Rivers State are at the centre of Nigeria's oil and gas, industrial and commercial activity. Pekuric serves clients here from our head office in Benin City, mobilising our own teams and plant across the South South, and from our Abuja office for clients who deal with us nationally.

Our work in Port Harcourt

Pekuric partnered on the construction of a multi-storey commercial building for Fidelity Bank at Trans Amadi, one of the city's main commercial and industrial districts. We contributed our construction capability alongside the other teams involved, from the reinforced-concrete frame to blockwork and external works. See the Fidelity Bank, Trans Amadi project.

Partnering is part of how we work on specialist or very large projects: we join forces with other contractors and consultants so the client gets the right team for the job.

Services in Port Harcourt and Rivers State

Building in Rivers State's ground conditions

Rivers State sits in the Niger Delta, where high ground water, flooding and softer soils shape foundations and drainage design. Good site investigation, the right foundation system and well-planned drainage are essential, and construction programmes must work around heavy rains. We explain our approach in building in the South South.

Mobilising from Benin City

Our Benin City head office and owned fleet put us within reach of Port Harcourt and the rest of the South South. More than 20 units of our own heavy plant and equipment, from excavators and loaders to graders, rollers, tipper trucks and crane trucks, can move where the project is.
