Design that responds to Nigerian conditions

A building should suit its climate. In the humid South South, including Benin City, Warri and Port Harcourt, that means cross-ventilation, deep roof overhangs and good drainage. In Abuja and the FCT, shading, thermal mass and reflective roofs help with the dry season heat. 1. Brief. We listen to your needs, budget and timeline, and visit the site.

3. Developed design. Structure, services, materials and finishes are coordinated with the engineers.
4. Working drawings and specifications. Detailed documents that contractors can price and build from.
5. Approvals support. Drawings are prepared to suit the planning requirements that apply in the relevant state or the Federal Capital Territory.
6. Construction support. We answer questions and check that the building matches the design as it rises.

Renovation, extension and remodelling

Not every project starts with an empty plot. We design extensions, refurbishments and remodelling of existing buildings, working out what can stay, what must change and how new work connects to old. Done well, this brings better light, better circulation and a more current look without the cost of starting again.
