Pekuric was engaged by the Edo State Government to renovate, remodel, and construct key infrastructure at the School of Health Technology, Benin City. The project involved the development of a new academic building, security house, and essential external facilities, including a generator base, firefighting systems, refuse disposal, and a recreational area. Despite initial funding delays and a tight 6-month schedule, Pekuric delivered the academic building on time using a phased construction approach and efficient project management. The team maintained strict quality and safety standards while fostering strong collaboration with the client. The project was completed with client satisfaction and minimal budget adjustments. As a result, Pekuric was awarded Phase 2 and additional external works—further reinforcing its reputation for timeliness, technical execution, and reliability in educational infrastructure delivery.
